• Standard, urgent, and emergency visa timelines are estimated based on Vietnam Immigration’s working hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

• We strive to meet processing deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by immigration, system outages, or unforeseen issues.

3. 💵 Service Fees & Payment

• All fees are clearly stated before payment. Visa fees consist of:

  • Government visa fee (for eVisa)

  • TrustVietnamVisa service fee

• Fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to immigration authorities.

4. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be requested before submission to immigration to be eligible for partial refund.

• No refund is granted after:

  • Application is submitted

  • An approval letter/eVisa is issued

  • Application is refused due to incorrect user input or immigration decision

5. 📧 Communication

• All updates will be sent to the email provided. Please ensure your inbox is monitored (check spam/junk folders).

• Urgent or emergency cases may be handled via Zalo, WhatsApp, or phone.
