1. PAYMENT METHODS
Option 1: Credit/Debit Card Payment via www.OnePay.vn
To pay with Credit Card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, or Diners Club, please use www.OnePay.vn. If you choose this method, simply provide your Credit Card information in the secure online form following the detailed instructions in the final step of the transaction, or you can complete your payment using this link.
Option 2: PayPal Payment
Payments can also be made via www.paypal.com using your credit card. To do this, select PayPal as your payment method at the last step of your application and process the payment using our PayPal address: [email protected]. Alternatively, use this link to complete the payment.
2. RESOLVING PAYMENT ISSUES
If you’ve entered your credit card number correctly but the transaction has failed, it could be due to several issues:
- Your bank may not have registered you for online payment services.
- There may be insufficient funds in your account for the transaction.
- Ensure the card number is entered without spaces or dashes.
- The card expiration date might have been entered incorrectly.
- For Visa and MasterCard users: If you’re prompted for a Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code password during the transaction and you don’t complete this step, the transaction may fail. Contact your issuing bank for assistance.
